User Agreement

PLEASE READ THIS USER AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT”) CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SERVICES AND SOFTWARE THAT ARE MADE ACCESSIBLE BY NUETTA ("WEBSITE" AND "APPLICATION"). BY ACCESSING OR USING THE WEBSITE OR APPLICATION, YOU ARE ACCEPTING THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS THE WEBSITE/APPLICATION OR DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, OR USE THE SOFTWARE.

Introduction

  1. Nuetta reserves the right to update and modify the Agreement at any time without notice to you. If you do not agree with the modification of this Agreement, you may not use the Services or Software already obtained; if you continue to access or use this website or application, you are deemed to have accepted the modification of this Agreement.
  2. All right and title in and to the Services and Software (including, but not limited to, any logo, images, photographs, AI models, and text incorporated into the Software) is owned by Nuetta and/or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and international treaties.
  3. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any Software having a separate end-user license agreement shall be covered by such applicable separate end-user license agreement in lieu of the terms of this Agreement to the extent required by such separate end-user license agreement.

1. Account

By creating a Nuetta account or by accessing and using the Hosted Services, you agree to take responsibility for maintaining the security of your account and its content, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with the services. You must not describe or assign content to your account in a misleading or unlawful manner, including in a manner intended to trade on the name or reputation of others, and Nuetta may change or remove any content or photos that it considers inappropriate or unlawful, or otherwise likely to cause Nuetta liability. You must immediately notify Nuetta of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security.

Nuetta will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions.

2. Password

Your password protects your user account, and you are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and secure. You understand that you are responsible for all use (including any unauthorized use) of your username and password on the Service. If your username or password is lost or stolen, or if you believe there has been unauthorized access to your account by a third party, you must notify us immediately and change your password as soon as possible.

3. Cookies

We employ cookies and local storage technologies to improve user experience and analyze traffic. Using cookies helps our website and application to enable the functionality of certain areas to make it easier for people visiting our platform. By accessing Nuetta and any of its Services, you agree to use cookies in agreement with Nuetta's Privacy Policy.

5. Technical Support and After-Sales Service

Nuetta App provides users with technical support services. If you encounter any problems while using our photo editing services or software, you can contact us via email or our online customer service system.

We promise to respond within 24 hours of receiving a user's request. Our technical team will do our best to solve your problems as efficiently as possible.

We will provide fixing services for problems caused directly by the failure of our own service or software. For problems caused by the user's own device compatibility issues or third-party interventions, we may provide guidance or premium technical support services where applicable.
