Refund Policy

Overview

Please note that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, all purchases made through our website or application are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except as expressly stated in this Policy or as required by applicable law.

1. Refund Rules for Technical Issues

We provide refunds if required by applicable law or in the case of critical service failures. For example, if you have experienced persistent errors or technical issues with the application that prevent you from using our AI photo editing tools, you may request a refund by contacting us at support@nuetta.com.

To request a refund due to technical failure, please provide clear evidence of the issue (such as screenshots or screen recordings). We will review your request and notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection status within a reasonable timeframe.

2. General Refund Rules

Generally, if you upgrade to a Premium/Pro membership or purchase photo-processing packages, and you have not used any of our services or AI processing credits yet, you may contact us within a reasonable timeframe to request a full refund.

3. Note for EU Residents (Right of Withdrawal)

If you are a resident of the European Union (EU), you generally have a statutory period of 14 days to withdraw from a digital contract, without giving any reason, and without incurring any costs.

Subject to the above clause, to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by email at support@nuetta.com. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired. Please ensure that your communication includes the exact email address used for your Nuetta account or purchase, so we can identify you as a user and process your request.

If you successfully withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

Important Exception for Digital Content: If you have been presented with, and you have provided your prior express consent to begin the performance of the service immediately during the 14-day withdrawal period and acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal upon consumption of the digital service (e.g., generating AI photos or using premium filters), then, unless the Service is defective, you will not be eligible for a refund in relation to consumed digital content and will only be eligible for a proportional refund in relation to the remaining unused period of the digital service.

4. Third-Party Marketplace Purchases

If you purchased your Nuetta subscription or premium package through a third-party application store (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store), please note that your purchase is managed by that specific store's billing system. In such cases, Nuetta does not have the technical ability to process the refund directly. You must request a refund directly through the platform where the purchase was made, adhering to their respective refund policies.
