These Subscription Terms govern your access to and use of our subscription-based services. By initiating a subscription, trial, or any related purchase within the Nuetta application or website, you agree to the following terms.
We may, at our discretion, offer free or discounted trial periods for new users. Trial durations and eligibility may vary. If you do not cancel your trial at least 24 hours before it ends, your account will automatically be converted to a paid subscription, and the applicable fee for the selected plan will be charged using the payment method provided at sign-up.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis—weekly, monthly, biannually, annually, or as otherwise specified at the time of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. Renewal charges will be based on the current rate for your selected plan, unless notified otherwise.
By subscribing, you authorize Nuetta (or our third-party payment processors/app stores) to charge your designated payment method for all applicable fees, including recurring subscription charges and any additional digital purchases you initiate. All charges are processed at the time of purchase confirmation. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is current and accurate.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings inside the Nuetta application, via your mobile device's store settings (App Store / Google Play Subscriptions), or by contacting our customer support.
Cancellation prevents future billing but does not affect access during the remainder of the current billing cycle. Your access to premium AI photo editing features will remain active until the end of your paid subscription period.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing, features, or available subscription plans at any time in accordance with applicable laws. Any changes will be communicated in advance through the app, website, email, or other reasonable means. If you do not accept the updated pricing, you must cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
Unless otherwise required by law, all payments for digital services and subscriptions are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for unused time, accidental purchases, or cancellations made after a billing cycle has started.
Note: If your subscription was purchased through a third-party marketplace (like Apple App Store or Google Play Store), refund requests are subject to that platform's terms and must be requested directly through them. Exceptions for direct purchases may be made at our sole discretion.
